PAYMENT AND FEES
Minimum payment is $50/ hour and a fixed fee can be determined for long projects.
Depending on the nature of the project or service, price is determined as a fixed price and other times each job will be evaluated by the estimated time and work involved. Of course, fee is negotiable.
A transcription project, for instance, due to the increased time factor, would be an example of a very time-consuming, therefore, this type of service will be more expensive than a regular report formatting project.

PAYMENT POLICY TO START A PROJECT. A deposit of 50% of each project is required at the start of each project and the final 50% is to be paid upon each project completion. (If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will be considered non-refundable).
1. PAYMENT OPTIONS. Square Reader for all credit cards accepted remotely, will send an electronic receipt to your email, paypal, business or bank checks and/or money orders are accepted for payment.
2. LATE PAYMENTS. Payments not received by due date will result in work cessation. Consultant reserves the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid. Late penalties will apply after 10 days overdue at least 15% interest fee added on unpaid balances.
3. NSF FEES. We only accept money orders or bank checks.
